卜禾，获香港城市大学社会与行为科学系哲学博士学位。现任华东理工大学社会与公共管理学院社会工作系副教授，研究生导师，入选上海市白玉兰人才计划（2023）、华东理工大学青年英才计划（2025）。目前主持国家社会科学基金青年项目、上海市白玉兰人才计划浦江项目、教育部产学研协同育人项目等课题。

研究致力于打造可解释的理论模型和可复制的社会治理创新方案，为社会心理服务高质量发展提供专业支撑。研究主要有以下三个方向：
