华东理工大学社会与公共管理学院社会工作系教授、博士生导师,香港城市大学应用社会科学专业哲学博士;美国加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校访问研究员;曾入选上海曙光计划(2020)、华东理工大学“青年英才培育计划”(A类,2020)等湖北省楚天学者计划(2017)、武汉大学“351”人才计划(2016)。担任Research on Social Work Practice 2018-2022)、Journal of Evidence-based Social Work2020-2022)编委,同时为50余本多领域学术期刊特约审稿人。目前主要在社会工作领域从事社会心理服务体系和健康心理服务体系建设研究,致力于在优势视角下基于证据科学构建多元群体的“预警—预防—干预”保护体系。
